Mr. Victor Angelo is a retired Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations (Peacekeeping Operations), at the level of Under Secretary-General. His career in the United Nations, which spanned over 32 years, gave him extensive experience on development, humanitarian, security and political affairs. Currently based in Brussels, Victor Angelo is a board member of the Swiss peace building foundation "PeaceNexus" and a senior international advisor, working with NATO, as well as with other institutions. Mr. Angelo has also written several academic papers. He contributes every week to Radio TDM (Macau) Magazine Europa.
